Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.
Important Information
The North Forty Resort will charge a deposit equal to 50% of the total balance (excluding tax) at the time of booking. The North Forty Resort has a 14-day cancellation policy. Reservations that are canceled within 14 days of the guest's arrival date will forfeit the deposit. Reservations canceled prior to 14 days of the guest's arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
