Disappointing to say the least.

Liked:The best thing about this hotel was the location. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs. The laundry facilities were extremely clean and convenient.

Disliked:Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed in our stay. The top 2 reasons we didn't enjoy it there was the very powerful dog smell in our room. It smelled like we were staying inside a dog's kennel. I know the hotel is pet friendly, but the smell was overpowering the moment we first walked into the room and it permeated everything. We didn't have an animal with us, so we know for sure the smell was already there when we got there. The other disappointment was that this was the most cramped hotel room i have ever stayed in. There was hardly any room to walk past each other and the bathroom was absolutely ridiculous with how tightly everything was placed. Our other complaint was that the hotel had pretty limited parking, and didn't seem to have enough spaces for guests getting back to the hotel later in the evening. You had to park in adjacent hotel parking lots. And although this was more than likely a city issue, the hotel lost power during our stay and it happened to be during a heat wave. So, we were in there with no air conditioning for a time. Thankfully the power did come back on within a couple of hours, but it didn't help with our already disappointing experience.

We enjoyed out 3-day stay! Thank you!

Liked:There was a lot of variety available for breakfast. The hot dishes changed every other day. The food was very good. The room was nice and very clean.

Disliked:The tap water that we used to make coffee wasn't good. We purchased bottles of drinking water then found out that we could get refills from the water station near the pool. The ladies who cleaned did a good job but didn't show up until 4:30pm. By then we were trying to get ready for the evening. The elevator was always slow and crowded.
