Great stay

Liked:A fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location just minutes from the underground/tram station called mulhiem wiener platz aswel as other public transport options. Reception staff are all friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and there's a beautiful smell as you enter the hotel from a defuser used. Security is very good as only guests can access the floors where rooms are. You need a room key to access the lift. Love the little extra touches i.e complimentary infused water in reception, complimentary sweets at checkout, shoe cleaning machine in reception. Rooms are on the small side but was perfect for us, modern bathroom, complimentary shower gel/shampoo/handwash. T.V (has english bbc news channel), great aircom, a safe, storage for belongings and comfy bed and pillows. The windows have electric black out blinds which are really good. There's no iron in the room but reception will provide one if needed. The breakfast is fab! I loved the choices. Elena in the breakfast room is lovely! She works really hard to keep the cleanliness 10/10 and everything replenished always. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Great hotel, ,great facilities, excellent staff. We will be back.

Liked:A great location for us (we were visiting our Son, who lives a 5 minute walk away) The staff were great, very helpful with car parking, milk for english tea The facilities were super too.

Disliked:If I'm being really picky, I would say the pressure in the shower was great.

Friendly, comfortable, convenient.

Liked:Staff were friendly and helpful - I forgot to pack my phone charger but the front desk found me one to borrow. Lovely buffet breakfast choices, well stocked with breads, pastries, cheeses & meats, cereals, muesli, bircher etc plus some hot options e.g. frikadellen and eggs. Coffee also good. The rooms at the rear are very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Easy 15 minute commute to the cathedral and old city.

Disliked:Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice but I appreciate this is a mainly business hotel and there is a cafe/bar downstairs.
