Disliked:The bed. Mattress is worn out and lumpy. Uncomfortable pillows to sleep on.

Liked:Convenient to campus. Staff is amazingly nice.

Disliked:The rug in my room was damp and kind of musty. Hair dryer upgrade please. The hair dryers are not good for month thick hair.

Was good except for train sound interruptions

Liked:Like the convenience to the school and other places

Disliked:Was never told there is an active rail road nearby with train going in and out in the night. There was too much noise whenever a train passed by. Can this please be added to the description. It was inconvenient at nights and woke us up multiple times.

Great Customer Service!

Liked:recently stayed here while attending a conference, and the customer service exceeded every expectation. Hayden, Hervys, Evan, and Jahil went above and beyond to at check in and helping me manage all of the materials and supplies I had for the conference. They were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to lend a hand, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Their outstanding hospitality and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. Employees like these are a tremendous asset to the hotel. Thank you all for making my conference experience such a positive one!
