Unprofessional!

Disliked:• Very poor customer service and lack of responsiveness from management. • Check-in was the worst hotel check-in experience I have had. It felt disorganized and unprofessional. • The check-in process took about 30 minutes because the room key did not work. I had to return to the front desk twice. • Instead of changing the room, the hotel sent a maintenance technician to repair the door while I was already inside the room. • I emailed a complaint to the Front Office Manager, but it was completely ignored and I never received a response.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I would definitely stay again in the future.

Liked:My room was very comfortable and clean. The location was very convenient since I needed to attend a competition at the University of Maryland. I ate breakfast at the Iron Rooster, two days. "The food was a reasonable price and very delicious.
