Liked:I liked the location and the pool area.

Disliked:I did not like the dirty room, the walls and door frames were dirty. The staff acted like we were a bother being there as well as in the restaurant/bar upstairs. I also have yet to receive my $50 deposit, only $1.61 was put back on my card (they refused to take a cash deposit) i have called back to discuss this situation 4 times now and the manager is never in and no one else can help me. Poor service, I cruise alot and tend to stay in the same hotel each time. First time in port canaveral and I will not stay here again and I will not recommend it to my cruise friends either.
