Disliked:The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable, but unfortunately my experience with the staff was disappointing. First incident: On the night of June 29, I asked the receptionist if the spa massage was available. She initially told me it was, but another receptionist interrupted and insisted that the spa was closed, even though it was actually open. I was very upset by the situation, so I went to the reception desk on the right-hand side of the hotel entrance and asked again. They kindly called the spa to confirm, and it turned out that the spa was indeed open. I was able to have my massage, but this inconsistency and lack of communication between the staff was very frustrating. Second incident: I checked in very early on June 29 at around 2:00 AM. I had already paid for the full night of June 28, and I was promised complimentary breakfast. However, I never received the complimentary breakfast, and there was no warm welcome upon arrival. Third incident: During check-out, I was told that I had not paid for my stay. I explained that I had already made the payment and even showed proof of the transaction. Despite this, I was asked to pay again. Only after checking their records did they realize that I had already paid, and they refunded the extra payment. This caused unnecessary stress and should not have happened. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. However, the staff need much better communication, training, and customer service. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the hotel.
