Liked:Great location. Lovely apartment block. Well priced. Ben and Paul easy to contact to sort any issues.

Disliked:Feel bed should be of good standard for all letting - shouldn’t be less than hotel standard - guests want to sleep. Musty linen is unnecessary - fresh white sheets are a win Hair residue in shower not fab. Also black mould in shower can be addressed. Thank you very much!

Rude host

Liked:Well appointed and comfortable

Disliked:Extremely rude host who was petulant because I couldn’t open the lock box to replace the keys on departure - I called him to inform him that I’d left the keys under the flower pot in the foyer. We will not be using this accommodation again for overflow guests that come and stay with us in Cobham
