Disliked:The worst service I have ever experienced in a 5 starts Hotel globally, I have been charged for my stay via the credit card after the check-in where I have paid the total amount cash, it took me 1h hour in the check-out to get the payment cancellation done. The room service took 50 minutes to arrange the breakfast to my room. Most of the time there is no towels in the pool/beach and you have to wait for a longtime to get one I took a suite, the design is so old and the furniture looks worn out You have to park a bit far and there is no direct entrance from the parking to the hotel ( the underground parking was full )

Disliked:la manipulation de largent liquide le cache jaime pas. trop d argent cest pas tres jolis.la carte bleu cest la solution pour q il soient pro. des jeunes manipule le dinar cest pas beau dommage.
