A much better than expected stay!

Liked:Spacious, comfortable, clean. Good shower (albeit a bit small for my 6ft 4 husband). Sweet staff. Both dinner and breakfast was surprisingly good. Lots of parking.

Disliked:Not very sound proof. Could hear noise from the corridor.

A well-located, comfortable stay let down by an impractical heating setup and an undisclosed, very limited breakfast men

Liked:Great location with its own on-site restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, opening onto a garden at the rear. Restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. The TV, though older, had working live channels and a guide.

Disliked:The wooden flooring throughout gave the room a cold, basement-like feel, and the hallway echoed loudly with footsteps and doors. Heating was a problem — instructions restricted baseboard heat use until -15°C, so we relied on A/C only, which didn’t warm the floor and left one of us feeling unwell; running A/C overnight also dried the air out too much to continue using it. Bigger issue: the complimentary breakfast only had 3 options, all containing eggs, with no vegetarian alternative communicated in advance — my wife (vegetarian) was left with just toast. We only learned at checkout that a separate menu exists for regular guests, which could have solved this had we known sooner.
