Cheap in quality & service - travelers beware

Disliked:No microwave No instructions on how to lower blinds Took too long to reach front desk because he was away from the desk One microwave downstairs near front desk Machine for espresso next to microwave with a sign that to use said machine it is $5 Drip Coffee in carafe at bar for guests Breakfast for a fee Deadbolt on hotel room door did not work HDMI connection on tv did not work Took key cards to front and was barely greeted yet the same front desk person could holler to a guest leaving “have a blessed day” Very disappointed with the entire experience
