Super convenient and easy for cruise ship travellers.

Liked:Super clean, simple and easy. Really appreciated the shuttle service run by the hotel to the cruise port. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

Disliked:Super firm beds verging on uncomfortable. The air conditioning was ineffective in cooling the room.

Good pre-cruise hotel with good value

Liked:Front Desk and check-in was easy, Johnny was so friendly, happy, and helpful. He must work 24/7. We would always see him there. We had room 106, it was very clean, mostly quiet, occasional water running but not anything excessive. The rooms were basic, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean. This appears to be like an efficiency unit. You could stay longer. Shower water was hot with good pressure. Included breakfast was very good. Eggs were real and baked goods fresh. The coffee was good.

Disliked:The location is a little off the beaten path, but for the value, it was not a deal breaker for us.
