Decent hotel if you’re only staying over night and getting on a ship the next day.

Liked:Staff was very helpful with arrangements for shuttle service to the port and cruise ship.

Disliked:Rooms are very outdated and basic. Musty smells. Bathroom sink was leaking on to the floor. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was disorganized and not well prepared.

Hotel was great as it's so close to the cruise port, just make sure they have the correct details.

Liked:The location was great, as it was close to the cruise port.

Disliked:One of the male staff at reception was rude and unhelpful when leaving the hotel, as they made a big mistake with our transport to the cruise port and we only just made our time slot due to another staff member who took us there himself.

Liked:The room was big and location was excellent! Stuff are nice and trying to help as possible.

Disliked:The hotel shuttle to the port was extremely expensive. Although the staff mentioned the shuttle is not owned by the hotel, they work directly with them—yet they failed to mention it is a 3-minute drive for 80 euros! Avoid this service
