Liked:We love how central it is and how it feels like an old Colonial hotel with high ceilings. We always stay here when in Civitavecchia

Disliked:Instead of staff having to confirm whether yiu are staying in the hotel they should have key card access for the lifts and for the breakfast restaurant. Unless your room card is activated you cannot gain entry to lifts/rooms and to the Restaurant. Should someone not have booked bed and breakfast they can purchase access to Restaurant with a temporary access card
