Liked:The location was excellent, it was very easy to get back to my destination. A bonus was not having to cross the M50. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was lovely, the decor was modern and stylish. The breakfast was good, my poached eggs were cooked perfectly. The hash browns were not that fresh however we were one of the last to get breakfast. I will definitely return again…

Not great. Beds are not double and very uncomfortable

Liked:Went for breakfast at 10am, breakfast served till 11. There was nothing in the hot food left when we arrived. Had to wait for more to be made. Wasn’t offered tea or coffee had to ask for it.
Disliked:When we arrived the reception staff barely greeted us at check in. We went to our room and as soon as we opened the door we were met with cigarette smoke. The room stank. We went to reception to tell the guy who checked us in and his reply was we are fully booked.. his colleague spoke to him in another language and then we were offered a different room.
