Nice but need to pay more attention on clients satisfaction

Liked:The facilities at this hotel are extraordinary—small but very cozy and well maintained. The staff provides excellent service; they are very kind and hospitable.

Disliked:One thing that was not satisfactory at all, and which significantly lowered the value for money, was the lack of room cleaning. I stayed for two nights and did not receive any housekeeping service whatsoever. Considering the price, I think they should pay more attention to this aspect. Other than that, I would definitely recommend the place.
