Average for what I paid for. I have stayed here before for business and feel a little disappointed

Disliked:Food order took 2.5hrs, as they forgot my order twice and then finally it came up. When checking out I had to repeat my issue with front desk at least 5 times until the manager can and then I had to repeat again! The lady didn’t understand me and then she didn’t even acknowledge the problem it was very odd Sofa cushions were uncomfortable or not enough
