Liked:Location, allows pets

Disliked:I see they are remodeling, the outside looks bad but the Inside is nice. The room was nice except it wasn't very clean as far as the floors and was dusty. Beds were comfortable.

Liked:This is my 4th time staying there and each time it gets better, you first walk in and it is amazing of how nice it is, they are remodeling the whole place, all the rooms and hallways, it is amazing each time i go there, there's always something new that's been done, the staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful, I wouldn't stay anywhere other than there, for the price it is great, clean rooms and beds,

Liked:The bed was nice, TV worked, shower was hot

Disliked:Called to verify we could check in early, front desk guy said "I can help you with that" and hung up, called back and said "I think you hung up on accident" to which he replied "it wasn't an accident". Parking lot empty when we go there. Outside didn't look like the pictures. Waited a while at the front desk for someone to show up, finally had to use the phone to get someone's attention. Front desk guy checked us in to a different room than I booked and paid for, for convenience of "checking in early", without any price difference (the room was a downgrade), gave us the room key and when we walked into the room it was clear and obvious guests were occupying that room. Started the process over. Gave us keys to a different room and we started walking to find it. As we were walking down the hallway I noticed a lot of the doors to rooms were not in the frames correctly? Our room was clearly not vacuumed. Went to find the nice indoor pool, as advertised, it's not operational as it's completely empty and completely dark in there but the doors were unlocked which was weird and maybe a safety hazard. Every time we walked thru the lobby there was no one at the desk. Didn't see a staff member the entire time we stayed. Only time we saw a staff member was when I had to beg him to come check us in at the desk when we arrived. Something I love about staying at hotels is continental breakfast. Hours stated 6-10am, went over to check it out around 8am, looked nice but the waffle batter was very thin and the iron barely cooked the waffle. There were tater tots that were barely cooked as well. I went to make a cup of coffee, the machine was cool, the only option was half and half that expired in March of 2026, I figured that out when I poured it into my coffee and it was a solid form.
