Great location, very affordable, basic room.

Liked:Conviently located near the venue I was going to : Aragon Ballroom

Disliked:NO smoking room had cigarette burn holes in the bed sheet! Cmon, replace them! Lousy room door handle: you put the electronic key card in slot, but door wouldn't open. Had to ask office mngr what to do, had to pull UP instead of down like usual, wasn't told this when I arrived. Tried that, still didn't open. Had to ask cleaning staff that was nearby what to do, she put card in, then pulled it out, then pulled UP on the handle. VERY annoying experience upon arrival.

A horrible place to stay. Don't do it.

Disliked:The room was dirty and the facility had a ot of maintance problems. So, I left the place. They overbooked my room and never gave me my money back. I am still waiting for my money. They told me I should talk to the manager but he never appeared.

Disliked:Staff was rude and negligent; he left the office in the middle of the night without any notice and left us waiting for 30 minutes,knocking and calling since our key was not working; we had to call the cops in the end since it was late at night with me (female) and my daughter locked out; bathroom was leaking from shower tub to the toilet area; requested for a fix but they never did.
