Lady on desk on Saturday morning was very helpful.

Liked:The breakfast was nice.
Disliked:The lift didn’t work due to refurbishment and the hotel had not notified us of this. We had to climb to 5th floor with baggage. This was the main negative.

If the management knew that the top floors of the were not fit for purpose, they shouldn’t have put people there

Liked:The room was clean. Some of the staff were amazing
Disliked:1. I was not aware that there would be payment for the car park. It was at the check in that I was told I should pay 49€ for the 3 nights we spent there. 2. We were not aware that the lifts were broken and our room was on the 5th floor. When I asked the duty manager, she lied to me and said it was mentioned on Booking.com. After check in, nobody helped us to our room., knowing fully well that the lifts were not working. All the staff members we met that evening felt indifferent to our plight . My wife has a back problem and we had to drag our luggage from the underground car park to the top floor. At a point, my wife almost collapsed. 3.The intercom in the room was not working. I had to use my direct line to call the reception on an international call, even at that, staff at the reception that night wouldn’t take my calls. 4. There was no heating in the room and and also no functioning tv. I had to go downstairs to complain before we were assigned another room. The heating in the second room was not working and as a result, my wife and I caught a very bad cold that night 5. The underground car park number-1 had this pungent horrible smell, I believe that came from the waste and toilet soil pipes
