Wonderful and relaxing

Liked:Antionette was very sweet at the front desk and Tobias Miller saved our vacation by helping very patiently with our WiFi questions and getting our PS 5 to work. Thank you Tobias, great customer service skills! Will definitely stay again! Tobias and Antionette are keepers!

Noisy from Interstate - Don’t pay extra for ‘Lake View’

Liked:My room was clean. The toilet when flushed had the water level rise to a concerning amount most flushes. The TV in my room would not turn down below 8. Which sucks because if you sleep with the TV on, it’s just a little too loud in my opinion. DO NOT PAY FOR LAKE VIEW! I seen where I could pay to upgrade my room to have a Lake View. As a Hilton Honors member, I got to pick my room free of charge but here’s a picture of my Lake View from the top floor Room 402. The Interstate behind the lake did have a noticeable sound and if you are a light sleeper, it will for sure be a problem. I hope the backside of the hotel is quieter. I happened to be drunk before sleep so that wasn’t a problem during this stay but it’s noisy in the room haha!
