Terrible value for money

Liked:Overpriced rooms. We paid $400/ night for a room that although big did not have any style to it. It was like left over furniture and art work were thrown together. The bathroom had cracked floor tiles and the sink probably original to when the place was built. We stayed two nights. No room service provided. We had to get coffee pods from the front desk both days. I would not recommend this place at all. Breakfast (as abysmal as it was) is not included. Would never stay here again. Only good thing was the front desk people were nice.

Hotel is in need of a refresh. Get this issue with the breakfast not being honored fixed.

Liked:Good location. The grounds were well kept. They had nice outside seating areas.

Disliked:Worn out inside. Large crack in room. Broken shade that had to be held open with binder clips. Breakfast was included when we made our reservation thru booking, but an employee said it was not included despite us having written proof. They said booking needs to “update their website.” We woke up to no water and were told there was a water main break with no eta as to when it would be repaired. Fortunately, we were able to transfer our reservation to Doubletree. Katie at Hilton Garden and Melody at Doubletree worked together to make that happen so I give both of them credit for making the most out of a bad situation.
