Wouldn't return

Liked:We liked the proximity to Disneyland and a shopping centre. That's about it.

Disliked:The rooms were a bit outdated. Furniture was torn. The door didn't close properly when you left for the day. The bed is too big for the room that with the side table you can't even close the door to the bathroom. The toilet and taps need replacing. We went to breakfast at 7am when it started and they still weren't ready to serve food.

Sound problems ruin the positive sides

Liked:Great bed, clean and cozy. Employees are polite and try to help.

Disliked:The direct door to the neighbour room is a real problem. It's a thick door but it still allows a lot of sound to come through. This is a terrible problem for noise which makes your stay a Russian Roulette that decides whether you get next to a family including kids with meltdowns after a full day in Disneyland. This completely ruined our experience and made it feel more like a cheap stay location for budget trips to Disney except for the premium price. Also, this hotel is treating the non-executives like they don't pay premium prices. Telling you the shuttle that is leaving is for executives only so you have to wait longer. Or the elevator that brings these people to their floor first if they scan their card.
