The hotel is rated 5 stars on booking but does not meet the standard. This is a 4 star hotel.

Liked:Aside from the reception, the rest of the hotel staff (restaurant, housekeeping, pool) were very nice, polite, and helpful. he swimming pools were very nice and enjoyable.

Disliked:We stayed here for 5 nights, booking 2 rooms for a family of 6 (3 people per room). While the hotel is rated as a 5-star property, it unfortunately does not live up to that standard. The staff at the front desk during both our arrival and departure were not welcoming. The overall energy and attitude there felt uncomfortable and unpleasant. The rooms were disappointing and felt outdated. Worst of all, the extra bed provided was a folding bed covered in quite a bit of rust. Even though we arrived long after the official check-in time and the hotel knew well in advance that we were a family of six, the extra bed wasn't even set up. They only came to fix it after we had already entered the room.
