Great family hotel, loved the private beach and pools

Liked:Great location and really nice layout, wonderful private beach and beautiful pools. Central but quiet.

Disliked:Charging for iced coffee at the buffet breakfast is just ridiculous. Also the kids club was very very basic and most of the time the staff was just on their phones.

Very Local, Attempting Global.

Liked:If one likes to step out and walk around in the evening for some shopping or drink/dinner, then the location is excellent. The staff is mostly friendly and pools are nice.

Disliked:The beach was on the backwater which was quite muddy (avoid the water), unlike other Samui properties with the true Blue sea beaches. To pay for drinking water in-room post the 2-3 complementary bottles for a family of 4 in peak summer seemed unfriendly. Having booked 6 room nights and being rudely turned down for a 1hr late check-out request on a Monday, while your neighbor is surprisingly offered late-checkout with shorter stays, simply highlights the front office's poor discretion and randomness. Front Office supervisor lady 'Ms. May' judges you before any such allowances!

Great tropical garden resort setting with direct beach access. You forget how close you are located to the main road

Liked:Direct access to the beach and main road. It’s big enough that you absolutely forget how close you are from the hustle and bustle. Tropical garden setting for the villas and the main pool is great.

Disliked:The room is showing a bit of age. For example, the key didn’t work well with the lock. It is still quite nice overall but perhaps needs a little bit of facelift. Breakfast was quite expensive in the resort. I’m okay to pay for the price, but for what I paid, I would expect far better quality and variety.
