Would stay here again!

Liked:My wife and I stayed here and was very pleased with our stay! We checked in, I was going to purchase a Coke from the drink cooler, and the young lady at the desk told me they were $6 each, so she gave me a free can Coke! She was very pleasant and also saved me $6! We checked in online, so process was super easy! This place is located just off I-75, behind Bass Pro. There are also several eating locations connected to the parking lot (Chikfila, Pizza Bros, Panda Express, etc)—all within walking distance. It felt very safe, and it was quiet! Our room was clean, and we had a good experience here! We would definitely stay here again if we needed to stay in Chattanooga, When we are away from home we want to feel safe #1, it be clean #2, and quiet #3…it met all of these!

Disappointing

Liked:I chose this hotel due to reviews and location. I was very dissatisfied- nothing like reviews. Only gave 2 stars due to location. Odor in room that reflected uncleanliness and typical cleaner trying to cover it up. Breakfast not even the normal expected from cheaper Hiltons. Rude staff- locked out of room after late checkout was given- 30 min before check out time. No water /snack at ck in/ I’m a gold member - had to ask for a water the morning after ck in. Would not return to this hotel…. Overpriced - seemed like a motel 6
