Will not book again!

Liked:The location is great! Very walkable.

Disliked:I had a lot of bites all over me as soon as I got in bed. There is no one working at the front desk any day after 11:00 pm. I called the number and left a message. After contacting 811 to speak with a nurse, I had to sleep on the bed covers, using a bathrobe to cover me. My travel buddy did not have a problem with her bed. The manager said she would send me a report after she looked around the room. No refund or reduced rate.

Disliked:The room was very dark and there were signs that said we couldn’t eat on the porch without buying drinks from the place . If we paid for the hotel why would we have to buy drinks from there? I can see no alcohol but we couldn’t have cold drinks with our food??? It wasn’t conducive to people relaxing and enjoying themselves. Also one night we got locked out of your room- the battery wasn’t working?! -This was a first for me. Lastly we were placed under a family with a least 3 little kids who screamed and jumped on the beds- understandable with little Kids but couldn’t we have been put on the level above?!?
