Liked:The location was good and first impression was good

Disliked:Check in was a mess. Needed to do it online (couldn’t) and then it took 30 mins to get a code to room doors from the reception team. There was no hot water in the shower and the cleaning was poor. The room coffee machine was so dirty it could not poor the coffee for limescale. The disco on the roof was so loud it was making all the furniture vibrate and our rooms were 2 floors lower. No breakfast option (cafe said no food) and lobby bar was always closed.

We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Liked:Location was good, it was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The only bad thing was my husband got locked out of the hotel late one night. I guess there’s a certain code to use, which he didn’t know. I had my phone turned off so I didn’t get his call. He finally got a hold of someone who gave him the code.
