My stay was perfect for what I needed.

Liked:The location was great. The light rail station was not far and very accessible after a night out. The staff were very professional and pleasant. Jenneil and Ms Rosilee were wonderful. The entire staff that I encountered were very polite and helpful. The breakfast stations were always filled and clean. We enjoyed the free snacks from 5:30-7pm.

Liked:I can't tell you, but the breakfast employees and management are very friendly and polite. The breakfast is very healthy and delicious. The room is clean. This hotel, expectations EXCEED. Tumps UP

Disliked:No microwave, not refrigerator and toilet wasn’t clean properly. Looks like it was clean before but no one used that room for a long time. Musty smell.

Liked:The customer service was excellent and the amenities was great. Dinner was great as well. We were not expecting to have drink and food voucher's. Over all everything was excellent and I will definitely stay there again.

Disliked:The room that we stayed in smelled like someone had urinated on the carpet somewhere near the corner of the room.
