Enjoyed the space in the house & the location of the house, but I will not book another house with this same managem

Disliked:First, I could not use the garage because the system needed a battery. I had to wait until someone came to fix the problem. The bathroom located on the second floor was DIRTY! There was a lot of dirt build up between the shower & the bath tub. The dirt was in the form of rolls. I sat on the toilet and I could see Black Rolls of dirt in this area. There was a dirt ring around the same tub, and hair on the floor. Also, the shower liner was very dirty. There were substances on the liner that looked like mold & blood. Last, the kitchen trash can was dirty. I wish I could submit more pictures of the tub & shower liner.

Excellent home with plenty of room for family to relax and enjoy. The location was great!

Liked:Our family loved that everybody had their own bathroom, this was a hit with us. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We also liked that there were condiments in the kitchen, such as salt & pepper and other essential spices. The family room/kitchen area was the gathering spot and very cozy. The entire home is modern with up-to-date furnishings. I would recommend this home to others.

Disliked:This is only a suggestion for the host - having at least one chair in each bathroom would be good. The bedrooms are large enough to accommodate this. I would rate the master bedroom/bath 80 % on cleanliness. The cleaning crew missed a few areas but overall 95%. The elderly family members were exhausted from climbing the stairs to the third level, but they managed okay.
