Unwelcoming, with obtuse instructions

Disliked:SIGNAGE was extremely poor! Whoever thought that placing brown numerals on brown siding was clearly an idiot. Finding the place in the dark was massively challenging -- and that didn't even include the impossibility of figuring out where to park. Our unit, 171B, did NOT have a designated parking spot. We ended up parking in a vacant spot behind the building, only to receive a curt text the second morning indicating we were parked in the wrong place. HOW WAS ONE TO KNOW?? The phone # we were given for a staff person was unattended so we could reach no one for clarification. Therefore, we were left to our own devices, which was unsettling -- and I'm an experienced traveler who has stayed in unconventional accommodations all over the world. As a result, the experience was negative. Plus, the bed, while comfortable, was so high I could barely get in it. If anybody were to ask me for a recommendation for this place, I would advise future travelers to head elsewhere unless they demand more thorough details prior to arrival. And mark the outside more clearly, people!!!

Liked:The apartment was beautiful, really clean and has everything you need! We were able to walk anywhere downtown the location was perfect. There was always someone in reception to help, and big shout out to Emily who brought so much enthusiasm and energy!
