Very terrible experience with this hotel. Poor customer service.

Liked:This reservation was cancelled by Hilton Rewards in Jan 26. But hotel did not honor that cancellation and refuses to refund the $178.08 they charged me for one night. They are very uncooperative and their manager, Erika Duque, should be ashamed at her lack of compassion. My cancellation was due to the fact I had to have surgery at that time. Never never trust this location.
