Will not stay at this hotel again

Liked:Hotel was clean, staff friendly

Disliked:No breakfast provided even though when I booked thru your website it stated that they had breakfast and that was one of the deciding factors for my booking this hotel. Beds were too soft, made our backs hurt. The water pressure was too low, could hardly get the soap off or shampoo out of your hair.
