Uncommunicative, poor service and between the hotel and Booking.com they don’t care when they have taken your money. Use

Liked:Nothing - ferry was a called and both the hotel and booking.com blame each other for lack of customer engagement and communications over the discretionary refund policy. My advice is don’t bother wasting your time- they will blame each other and send you running in circles as to who has responsibility to exercise the discretionary. It’s embarrassing and the worst consumer conduct I’ve experienced in a while.
