Liked:All the staff were very friendly and spoke good English, so there were no communication issues. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. There was also a laundry service available at the hotel. You can simply ask the front desk staff, and they will gladly explain the process. I stayed here to attend the BTS concert in Busan, and the hotel even prepared a welcome banner for BTS ARMYs, which touched me so much. There were many great restaurants nearby, and the area around the hotel was calm, peaceful, and very pleasant. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. 💜✨
