Great large hotel for family.

Liked:Our family of 3 adults and 2 young children stayed in this family room with bunk bed for a week. It was our first time to stay at this place. The hotel is located in the less-crowded Cha-Am area, which is good. The hotel is very large with several pools. The pools had slides for both kids and adults. The bedroom had a king-size bed and a bunk bed and is located near the kids’ pool. The hotel had an Italian restaurant near the beach which only opens on weekends. Overall, the kids loved the hotel because of its large open-area and convenience to several nearby restaurants. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful green resort

Liked:I was recommended to book this resort for my family trip during 4-6 July 2020. And it’s good decision. After few months closed due to the COVID-19, all plant and trees are so green,very clean and green natural environment. Staff service is excellent; khun Tae, Fang and Bow did very job. Smile and very helpful. My family are happy to stay here. We will come back again.!

It’s time to relax again!!

Liked:If you gonna find the place to relax after the bad situation “The regent chalet” is your choice . I really recommend this one because it’s full of peace and especially close to the sea so find your free time and come to visit once . You’ll love this place like me.

Even better than originally

Liked:This was our 8th time at the Regent Chalet and since our last visit the Chalets have been refurbished with new furniture and have had a safe and Internet installed. They are now up to the standard expected of a modern hotel while still retaining the peace, tranquility and environment which was so enjoyable during our last visits. For the first 2 weeks the holiday went as expected but then the effects of the regulations to control the virus started to affect us. Note The village and local area was virus free, the problems came because either places were ordered to close (bars, shops and restaurants) or we chose not to go to them (markets, Hua Hin, Cha Am). The hotel closed on 1st April and we were given the option of leaving, with the management helping to find us somewhere else to stay, or remaining at the Regent Chalet with most services closed but our room still cleaned as normal. We chose to stay and we ended up being the only 2 guests in the hotel. Everything worked fine, our room was serviced, we had WiFi and we could watch the hotel being mothballed for 3 months. All the staff were very helpful and professional even though they must have been under incredible pressure with worries about their future. We were very sad to leave and hope that the hotel has the bright future it deserves when it reopens in July. We hope to return next year to what is our favourite hotel in Thailand.
