Smoke smell in the room - nice staff.

Liked:Convenient to the highway and Rennes. Friendly staff at the front desk - they were the best part!

Disliked:The room was smoked in. Terrible. This ruined the entire brand for me as we once had good experiences with them. If a room smells like smoke, it should not be sold until it is clean - it was so bad our clothes smelled like smoke leaving the room. A completely unforgivable look for a hotel chain. I will never stay with the hotel chain/brand again.
