DISGUSTING..!!

Liked:I booked this hotel out of convenience forca volleyball tournament the next morning. Bad decision..!! It felt off the second we walked in and when I got to the room, I would have turned around and walked out if it weren't for my car being dead. The sides of the bed were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I'd never seen anything like it before. There was garbage left on the ground and hairc n the toilet, so I doubt the room really got cleaned at all. There were also employees screaming at eachother in a room near the lobby, which made us feel very unsafe. 0/10 would not recommend.

Renos by the Blind

Liked:Hotel is a bit rough but ok. Needs a good deep clean. Appears family owned and are either doing renos themselves or hiring the cheapest workers. On outside noticed electrical to lone bulb that was not even close to code. Whoever painted my bathroom was either drunk or half blind...check out my pictures.

Rude service

Liked:The front desk attendant at the evening shift (around 7:30 pm on September 26) was extremely rude about checking us in, saying he couldn’t check me in without a credit card and id of my boss (who reserved the room) who wasn’t anywhere in the state (we drove from Colorado) even tho the online check in was already completed. Instead of offering to do the credit card authorization or offering orher solutions, i was told i couldn’t check in. When i let a curse word slip (i was tired and cranky i admit but it was not directed at him) i was refused service and my reservation was cancelled. Worst experience at a laquinta
