A welcome pool break away from the heat and crowds of Catania.

Liked:The spaciousness of the room. The beautiful pool area, as well as the rocks. The sea view from our room. The helpfulness of the staff in accommodating allergy requests for a member of our party. The relatively short drive into the centre of Catania.

Disliked:Somewhat unwelcoming reception staff. Underwhelming breakfast.

Overall a good stay.

Liked:Beautiful location Beautiful pool area Views amazing Aircon throughout the hotel and rooms was excellent Parking in premises was very welcome Staff encountered in the corridors of the hotel were extremely educated and very helpful

Disliked:Misleading photos when booking rooms Full payment required upfront with no option to cancel Floors in rooms weren’t washed on a daily basis Breakfast staff need proper training - some didn’t know what was going on or what they had to do. They also seemed very short staffed. Breakfast area requires AC - simply too hot in the morning Breakfast options limited in choice - a lot of sweet items yet limited protein options and fresh salads

Liked:The view and location is stunning. Lovely manicured gardens. Lots of space around the pool. The sea area is great! My kids loved jumping into the sea from the offshore rock. Nice rooms with sea views. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Disliked:Thought the restaurant was quite pricey but the benefit of that was that we usually grabbed dinner from Aci Castello - a gorgeous little village about half hour walk away. Sitting on an evening watching the world go by there was a highlight.
