There were damaged tiles and an unsightly dirt ring around the pool.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating, with exceptional customer service from specific staff members.
The views were amazing and the beach was beautiful.
The room was nice but could have been better.
The pools were wonderful but needed repairs; snorkel gear was lacking.
Overall enjoyed the experience despite some issues.
