Natalie, Charles, JT were excellent and made myself and guests feel very comfortable

Disliked:The lobby was fairly warm most of the time, but that could be because of pool area.

We were happy with the service and would stay at this location again.

Liked:Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for extra blankets and towels. The kids loved the pool. The kids loved the waffles and the greek yoghurt for breakfast. It was great to have a dairy free option with coffee/tea.

Disliked:The room had a smell from previous occupants. It was ok, I didn't complain about it, as we had had worse experiences in other hotels. More fresh fruit than just apples and bananas would have been nice for breakfast.
