Perfect Stay

Liked:We found the location of the hotel beautiful, and the surroundings was calm, just what we were looking for, Ortisei is convenient but too busy for us!We also made use of the spa facilities on a rainy day and was really relaxing.

Disliked:Not the hotel, but some guests are just noisy, the people next door to us was talking so loud the whole hotel could hear them, if you come to an Adults only hotel please keep it down, there is a reason people come to these for more calm and silence.

Overall relaxing and luxurious stay in an incredibly picturesque location.

Liked:Great location, incredible views, great included spa facilities, fantastic breakfast, helpful staff, bed & linen was comfortable.

Disliked:The lack of airconditioner or fan in the room made the temperature uncomfortable, even with the door open. The shower size and design were sun-standard compared to the rest of the room. It would also have been nice to have a kettle, iron and cutlery in the room. It would also be worth pre-warning guests about the difficulty driving into the property.

The perfect wholesome holiday stay

Liked:Everything was exceptional, the views were breathtaking, the staff were very attentive and helpful, the food was excellent and it was easy to get to the nearby towns to go and explore and get dinner elsewhere, also very close to two of the main hiking trains of Sedecca and Alpe de Suisi, both about a 40 minute drive. Would recommend hiring a car. Loved having access to a pool, as you tend to finish your hikes and make it back to the hotel around 4 ish, so you have the rest of the evening to relax by the pool. The whole vibe was tranquil and was a great wholesome holiday and reset our nervous systems from busy city life completely.

Disliked:Honestly nothing it was all great
