Comfortable and close to good restaurants and the airport. Good free transport to the airport.

Liked:Crockery, cutlery, glasses and bottle opener provided. Microwave and cleaning products

Disliked:Should have been a small supply of coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. I arrived in a rain storm and was unable to make a hot drink to warm up. I did not expect there to be NO refreshments available. The water pressure in the shower was poor, and the temperature was cool, the first time in 3 months of travel where I finally wanted a hot shower!

Perfectly located comfortable property

Liked:The property is perfectly located for people who want to stay close to Malpensa Airport. You can reach it by free shuttle that goes from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2. It’s only 3 stops ride and the property is approximately 8 min away from the bus stop walking distance.

Perfect place to rest before or after a flight from Malpensa Airport. :)

Liked:The overall care from the host. She came in person when we called, let us in, spent all the time we needed to ask questions and to give us valuable information, walked us around the property and gave us good options for eating in the area based on the quality of the food and service. She gave us really great advice on how to easily get to the airport the next day and the property itself is really accessible via the shuttle bus to/from the airport and a bit of walking afterwards. We were pleasantly surprised and we enjoyed our stay. :)
