Liked:They reply very fast to messages! There's a free bus shuttle to and from the airport, about 5-10 minutes away from the location.

Disliked:- The heating is managed via AC. My AC was broken and the room was pretty cold for my personal preference (barely got to 20C). They blamed me for breaking the AC and are trying to charge me for iteven though it was never working in the first place. - 4 hours before checking in, I was told that plans have changed and I needed to sleep somewhere else (Sleep&Fly Malpensa). It's 6 minutes away walking compared to Villa Luisa but I found that really weird and unexpected. - The room was dirty: there was hair in the shower, hair in the bed, mold in the bathroom. I'm personally really surprised to see the reviews related to cleanliness: I had a very different experience. - The windows provide great insulation against outside noise but the doors do not. My room had a door directly going into the outdoor garden of the villa and, genuinely, you could hear everything that was going on outside the house because the door wasn't properly installed.

Last night in Italy, a good experience.

Liked:We needed a place to stay before our flight out of Milan, and it was a good choice. Had dinner around the corner, was lovely. And then a shuttle to the airport . All good services and easy to navigate even with a language barrier.

Disliked:Nothing.

WORST PLACE EVER!

Disliked:I strongly advise avoiding this place. It’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. This place is not a hotel, it’s just a house with a few apartments located in the middle of nowhere. When I arrived at 7pm, I had to wait outside the gate in the rain for about 25 minutes before anyone let me in, even though I told them I would arrive at 7. The room was extremely humid, with condensation covering the windows, and after only a few minutes inside everything felt damp. There was a spider in the bathroom, which the staff ignored, and I also found two cockroaches in the room. Because of these conditions, I decided to leave and sleep at the airport instead. Don’t expect anything here. Eating in the room is not allowed, and there are no restaurants or shops nearby. When I asked for a refund, the staff falsely claimed that I had stayed and used the shower, which was completely untrue.
