Booking.com had 1 job to do and they did not do it

Liked:The property was fine. Booking.com was a major let down. Even though I reserved a room and had a confirmation # from Booking.com I did not have a room because Booking.com did not follow through and reserve with the hotel. And with a major event in town. There were no rooms available.
