Good overall.

Liked:Breakfast was good. Nice variety and the grandkids loved the waffle bar.

Disliked:Our room smelled when we opened the door musty or like a wet dog. Mattress gave both husband and I a terrible back ache the next day. Room was clean.

Just close down during renovations! Or at least state it on the app so we know

Liked:We arrived after 9pm and our room was on the first floor and there was a rowdy group right outside our door. They are also undergoing renovations so at this point I tried to leave bc the app did not say this. The front desk worker did not know how to refund points so we had to stay. All the thresholds are off the doors so sound comes under and doors slam so hard. We had to ask several times for them to get the group to quiet down since it was after 10. The air was out in the lobby and the elevator was out. There was nothing to drink at breakfast besides coffee and the lady said it broke so they took it out. I talked with the manager the next morning and she was unhelpful and didn’t even apologize. When I asked about the air she didn’t even answer me.
