Liked:Location. Good breakfast. Chilled water in reception. Plenty of car parking space.

Disliked:Not very clean. Smelly drains in bathroom. Hand wash was empty.

This Novotel was an oasis in the middle of business parks.

Liked:The breakfast was wonderful, offering lots of choices. I liked that the toilet was in a separate space from the shower and sink. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable.

Very convenient outskirts Nantes.

Liked:Because of its rating and some of the previous comments we nearly didn’t stay. But an email from Tiffany confirming dinner reservation was enough to know it was efficient. We arrived Sunday evening 7.30, reception excellent bedroom very comfortable, special mention to the lady (girl!) on the bar/restaurant who couldn’t have been more efficient (sorry didn’t catch her name) and then same girl served our extremely good dinner. Oh and breakfast was truly a real feast of fresh fruit, eggs, delicious fresh bread - highly recommend!!
