It was okay.

Liked:I like the comfort of the area, been coming here for years and its a vacation to relax and enjoy family time. I like the smiles of staff very welcoming, the distance of pool and food hall. Family hotel.

Disliked:Of all the years I stayed here this would be the one stay i didn't not like as much. The noise of renovation early times making noise with machinery waking up my 8 month old and unsettled noise from around the room. Very unpleasant. Did not know of the switch to turn on microwave and refrigerator so we only used one side of the room.

Recommended to stay after Legoland

Liked:Clean and in front of outlet stores which is easy for us to buy some stuff.

Disliked:During our stay they did not have a functioning guest laundry.

Disappointed

Liked:It’s pet friendly lodging, though there is no designated dog area. This leaves you walking around on small grassy areas along the busy road.

Disliked:Upon arrival there were major renovations going on, in a large part of the motel complex. The lobby was closed so they were operating out of a poorly marked motel room. The parking lot spaces were taken up by the construction workers vehicle so unloading my stuff and pet’s stuff was complicated by having to squeeze between there vehicles to get to the front door of my room. Then later that afternoon we were notified that we would have to move our vehicles completely out of the parking lot so that resurfacing of the asphalt could be done. To begin with, not once did management notify me that any of this was going on and I had booked a month in advance. I received other useless emails regarding “things to do” but not a word about the construction activity. I complained to the onsite manager and was offered a 50% refund on my stay, however since booking and paying through a third party site the offer was irrelevant. It basically was a way to appease. It didn’t work.
