Disorganized Choas for Room Block

Liked:We booked a room block the first weekend in August. From the start it was choas, I was told there were only 2 rooms booked in the block and other guests were told it was full or non existent. I called to add more rooms and the power was out??? Generators ??? and could not expand our room block. Oh and the best was I left 4 messages for the owner and never once got a call back on 27 rooms that we had booked with them. They even kept forgetting to had out our guest bags. The bottom of our door had a sharp edge so when my husband stopped it with his foot it cut him. Trash bags were in the hallway for over 24hrs. Pool was broken and no notice to our block that had been booked since March was given. Oh and icing on the cake was that my card had two holds placed on it for each of our two rooms, so in total 4 holds so I was super nervous that all of them would not fall off my card. Do not book with this hotel

Liked:The staff was do nice and professional and they made everything painless to set up and organize! Thank you so much Mary and the manager! Food was great and everything was clean

Disliked:All was perfect but pool was not operational but I knew that a head of time
