It was okay, but I definitely will look for a place that has better parking

Liked:I like the location, but the traffic was noisy. Location was good near shops.

Disliked:I didn’t know about the parking. The property provided a permit, but certain rooms come with parking. I had to park in the Mobile parking spots using the Permit the property gave me. Ed was okay, he didn’t like repeating himself if you asked certain questions. He said you need to read the signs carefully to park. Not a lot of parking available.

I LOVE THIS PROPERTY BUT THIS TRIP I WAS TREATED LIKE THE REDHEADED STEPCHILD!! DISAPPOINTING!!

Liked:THE LOCATION WAS AWESOME THAT IS WHY I HAVE STAYED THERE 4-5 TIMES BEFORE, BUT BECAUSE I BOOKED THRU BOOKING.COM INSTEAD OF DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL. I WAS TREATED DIFFERENTLY...AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY!!!

Disliked:WE GOT A DIFFERENT NOT SO FAVORABLE PARKING PASS BECAUSE I "BOOKED THRU BOOKING.COM.' WAS TOLD IF I CANCELLED THE RESERVATION ONLINE...AND REBOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL UPON OUR ARRIVAL...THEN I WOULD GET THE PREFERRED PARKING PASS.....DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!!!
