Liked:Honestly don’t like leaving bad reviews but if I saw this review from someone else I would have thought twice about booking. On my first night I arrived pretty late and when I got to my standard studio room there were two small cockroaches. The staff were helpful and immediately moved me into another room. However I was already traumatised lol. They did put out flyers that they would fumigate the place the next day which was good. Breakfast was in another location which was off putting. I was also refused utensils by the cafe in the lobby even though I was a resident. I thought that was quite ridiculous and wasn’t good customer service. I was barely there but I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff were nice though.
