Liked:This is a nice location as the property is at the canal but the condition of the property is very very poor. It is not and should not be listed as 5 stars. The list is as follows: Stained pillows / dirty sheets, stained carpet with residue, air conditioner remote non functional, stained dirty couch, various pieces of broken furniture i.e. one leg missing from bedside table, walls with water damage / peeling paint. Seemed that no one had lived in the place for some time and it was not cleaned. Our concierge was responsive but not terribly accountable. Housekeeping requests were delayed and also what was asked to be fixed or replaced was not done so. A request for an extra key card as our booking was for 2 was never fulfilled. It was cold during the nights as we could not turn on the heater via the air conditioning unit. Expedia was wonderful in trying intervene and offered one key cash amount which was appreciated; however, i think the biggest thing expedia could do is to de-list them as 5 star. This place is and should be 1 star.
